My BFF, Heather, came into my life 12 years ago in San Antonio, TX. My son needed to experience unconditional love but knowing he was going away to college, Heather really was going to help me transition to being an empty nester. We eventually moved to LKN over 9 years ago. Heather has endured a lot…especially when she got SARDS and became blind. Heather was a very loving border collie and a people dog. She had lots of friends and neighbors would cared about her happiness. Luckily she did not suffer long and passed away at home. I miss her dearly.
