Dear Fellow Pet Parents,

Losing a precious family member is so very difficult. We can only imagine what everyone is going through during this unprecedented time of COVID-19. Presently, we are keeping our normal business hours. However, we are making a few modifications to our normal business practices. We pride ourselves on full transparency and that will never stop. However, the way we are communicating will be temporarily altered to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Please know we have taken the following necessary precautions:

We have implemented additional cleaning and sanitation of all common areas, including doors, doorknobs, desktops, countertops and restrooms.

We are temporarily refraining from witnessed cremations until further notice.

Upon arrival to our center, you may notice our staff members giving you an encouraging nod instead of our usual handshaking and/or hugging practices. You will also notice that we will be keeping our interactions to a minimum for your protection and safety.

These are uncertain times and the health and safety of everyone is our highest priority.

We ask that you please call us prior to arrival. If you need to drop off your pet for cremation services a staff member will come and meet you at your car to take your pet into our care. If you would like additional time with you pet please make an appointment. At time of appointment we will escort you through a side door into our family room to avoid excessive exposure to our lobby and staff. Additionally, should you wish to take your precious pet’s cremated remains back home, after calling to let us know who you are here to pick up, a staff member will be ready to bring he/she to your car.
